Moreover, its dust-free operation enables water-based degumming, minimizing wastewater and solid waste discharge while preserving the original flavor profile.

Silica dioxide, a specialized adsorbent for animal fats, is a functional material developed for processing animal oils such as beef tallow, lard, mutton fat, and butter. It effectively addresses issues like "impaired flavor, dull coloration, and poor shelf stability" caused by cholesterol precursors, off-flavors, and impurities in animal fats. The product strictly complies with China's GB 25576-2020, the U.S. FDA 21 CFR, and EU EC No standards.

3. Application description

Relying on surface modification technology and precise pore design, Zhongqi animal oil-specific silica adsorbent achieves "heavy metal removal and quality upgrade" in the refining and deep processing of animal oil. The specific applications are as follows: To solve the problem of rancidity in beef tallow and lard, add 0.2%-0.5% (lard) and 0.3%-0.5% (beef tallow).

1. Efficient dephosphorization and degumming treatment: In view of the high phosphorus and soap content in animal oil, the unique mesoporous structure is used to capture phosphorus and gel substances efficiently through precise control of the addition ratio, which can also reduce the loss of oil in the filtration process and improve the production yield.
