Copasil Química Industrial Ltda, a professional high-purity inorganic chemical manufacturer from Brazil founded in 2010, has been deeply engaged in the R&D and production of precipitated silica for many years. Its flagship FGS 200 food grade precipitated silica has become a high-quality choice for the food industry in South America and even the world with strict quality control, complete global compliance certification and excellent functional performance, serving customers in multiple industries worldwide.
FGS 200 is a synthetic amorphous silica produced by precipitation reaction, with a dry basis SiO₂ purity of ≥98.0%, a median particle size (D50) of 20±5μm, a DOA adsorption value of 330±40mL/100g, and a BET specific surface area of 170-210m²/g. The product has a stable pH value of 6.0-7.5 in 5% aqueous suspension, with high chemical inertness, no reaction with food ingredients, odorless and tasteless, and will not interfere with the flavor, taste and nutritional composition of the final food product. Its excellent adsorption capacity can effectively adsorb excess moisture and grease in the powder system, prevent product agglomeration, improve powder fluidity, and is perfectly suitable for anti-caking, flow aid, carrier and texture stabilization needs in food processing.
The product has passed the FSSC 22000 certification, the global gold standard for food safety, and has obtained Kosher and Halal certifications, exempt from Brazilian ANVISA and MAPA registration. It is free of allergens, non-GMO, non-irradiated, no pesticide residues, no BSE/TSE risks, and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, lactose-intolerant people and celiac patients. It is widely used in the food industry as an anti-caking agent for powdered foods such as spices, milk powder, seasonings, sugar and salt, a flow aid for instant mixes, and a stabilizer for beverages and dairy products. It can also be used in agrochemical, animal nutrition, daily chemical and industrial fields. The product is packaged in 20kg multi-layer kraft paper bags, with a shelf life of 24 months under proper storage conditions, and can provide stable supply for global customers.
