To ensure the quality stability of ZLSILW58BF ultra-low iron silicon dioxide, the company has established a full-process closed-loop quality control system covering "raw material entry - production process - finished product delivery".
In the raw material control link, Zhongqi Silicon has established an exclusive strategic cooperation with the only domestic supplier of semiconductor-grade quartz sand. Each batch of raw materials must pass 12 tests, and any raw material with an iron content exceeding 20ppm is directly rejected. In the production control link, a DCS automatic control system is adopted to monitor 28 key process parameters—such as reaction temperature, pH value, and stirring speed—in real time at the millisecond level. Any parameter deviation will automatically trigger an alarm.
In the finished product testing link, the company has invested 15 million RMB to build an industry-leading CNAS-accredited testing center, equipped with advanced equipment such as inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES), atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS), and laser particle size analyzer. Each batch of ZLSILW58BF products must pass the following strict tests:
• Iron content: Accurate to 0.1ppm level, ensuring ≤100ppm
• Silicon dioxide content: ≥99.0% (after ignition)
• Heavy metals: Lead ≤1mg/kg, arsenic ≤2mg/kg, mercury ≤1mg/kg
• Microorganisms: Total bacterial count ≤30CFU/g, mold and yeast <10CFU/g
• Physical and chemical indicators: Loss on drying, loss on ignition, pH value, oil absorption value, specific surface area, etc.

In addition to internal factory inspection, each batch of products must be sent to a third-party authoritative institution for testing before leaving the factory.
