Full-Chain Quality Control Ensures Consistent Batch Delivery of Silica for Fire-Resistant Glass
The safety performance of fire-resistant glass highly depends on the batch consistency of core fillers. We have established a full-chain quality control system from raw materials to finished products to ensure consistent performance, compliance and reliability of every batch of silica for fire-rated glass.
On the raw material side, we strictly control the purity of the silicon source, with heavy metal impurities kept at the ppm level to ensure environmental compliance. On the production side, a closed-loop automated production line monitors core indicators such as particle size, specific surface area and porosity in real time, with batch parameter fluctuation controlled within ±3%. On the finished product side, each batch comes with a complete test report covering key indicators such as purity, particle size, dispersibility and fire resistance auxiliary performance, and we can provide a full set of export documents including SDS and COA. The product complies with the HG/T 3061 industrial silica standard and EU REACH regulation, and can be stably supplied to domestic and overseas fire-resistant glass markets.
