Food-grade silica serves as an adsorbent and phosphorus scavenger in edible oils, effectively capturing phospholipids, saponins, and trace metal elements to enhance oil stability. Its optimized particle size distribution improves filtration efficiency. When combined with activated clay and diatomite, it boosts decolorization performance while minimizing crude oil loss, improving product quality, and extending shelf life. The non-dust-forming application enables water-free degumming, reducing waste residue and wastewater discharge while preserving the original flavor profile of the product.

Silica dioxide, a specialized adsorbent for vegetable oils, is a functional material developed for processing scenarios involving soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, palm oil, and other plant-based oils. It addresses three key industry pain points caused by excessive phospholipids, excess free fatty acids, and residual metal ions in oils, which lead to issues like smoke production, rancidity, and short shelf life. The product complies with standards including GB 25576-2020, FDA, and EU regulations.

1.2 Scope of application

Refining and dephosphating of vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil, tea oil and peanut oil.

In the industry of juice, beverage and other industries, it can be used to remove impurities, improve color and taste, meet the requirements of food grade standards.

De-gumming and de-phosphating of animal oil such as beef oil, mutton oil, lard and chicken oil.
