1. Product Description
ZLSIL-K45 is a synthetic amorphous plastic grade silica anti-blocking agent, presented as a fine white powder, manufactured via proprietary specialized production technology. Its CAS number is 112926-00-8 (former CAS No. 7631-86-9), EINECS No. 231-545-4.
This product combines high specific surface area, porous structure, high purity and low impurity content, with extremely low content of sodium, iron and other impurities, and strictly controlled conductivity. It has excellent compatibility with PP, PE, PET, PVC and other plastic resins, requires no grinding, with low addition dosage and exceptional dispersibility, and will not affect the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films. Non-toxic, pollution-free, free of volatile substances and precipitates, it meets the quality requirements of packaging products.
It effectively reduces exposed molecular chains during polymer processing, avoids macromolecular chain entanglement between films, and solves the blocking problem. Meanwhile, it reduces the friction adhesion of films to improve slip property, enhances the anti-blocking performance, creep resistance and reinforcement effect of films, and is suitable for the production of anti-blocking masterbatches for various plastic films, especially for processing scenarios with high requirements for raw material purity.

5. Adaptable to Special Processing Requirements: For the ultra-low moisture requirements of PET film production, the product can be dried at temperatures below 300℃ with no performance attenuation after drying, fully matching the processing standards of PET films.
4. Storage & Handling Requirements
1. With high specific surface area, the product is easy to absorb moisture and volatile substances in the air. It shall be stored in a sealed condition in a dry, ventilated and cool environment, with a shelf life of 24 months in unopened condition. Application performance test shall be carried out before use beyond the shelf life, and the product can be put into production only after passing the test.
2. Necessary protective measures shall be taken during loading, unloading, transportation and use to prevent dust flying. The stacking height of the product shall not exceed 10 layers to avoid extrusion affecting the particle structure and dispersibility of the product.
3. During extrusion processing, equipment extrusion will reduce the dispersion effect of the product, so the dispersion time shall be appropriately extended. It is recommended to use the product immediately after opening to avoid the attenuation of anti-blocking and dispersion performance due to moisture absorption.
