Product Description

ZLSIL-E300 plastic-grade silica is a gel-process synthetic amorphous silica anti-blocking agent, presented as an ultra-fine white powder. Manufactured via a proprietary processing technology, it delivers exceptional compatibility with a wide range of plastic resins.

Featuring a porous structure and high specific surface area, this product offers superior dispersion with ultra-low addition rates, requiring no pre-grinding before use. It will not compromise the transparency or mechanical strength of plastic films after incorporation. Non-toxic, pollution-free, and free of volatile substances or migratable precipitates, it fully safeguards the quality of packaged goods.

ZLSIL-E300 significantly boosts the anti-blocking performance and creep resistance of films on high-speed packaging lines, while delivering a reinforcing effect on film substrates. Its specialized particle structure reduces exposed molecular chains during polymer processing, eliminating macromolecular chain entanglement when two film surfaces come into contact—solving film blocking issues at the source. Meanwhile, the reduced exposed molecular chains drastically lower adsorption force during film friction, further enhancing the slip performance of finished films.

Applications & Usage Guidelines

This product is primarily designed for the production of PP, PET, and PVC plastic film masterbatches, effectively enhancing the anti-blocking and slip properties of finished films, with no grinding required during processing.

For PET films with extremely strict moisture requirements, this product can be dried at temperatures below 300℃ prior to use, with no adverse impact on its inherent performance.

Packaging & Storage Instructions

2. This silica material features extremely stable chemical properties. Due to its high specific surface area, it readily absorbs moisture and volatile substances from the air. It is recommended to store it in a sealed, dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from moisture and volatile compounds.

3. Under the above recommended storage conditions, the recommended shelf life of the product is no more than 24 months. If used beyond this period, application testing must be performed first to verify performance compliance.

4. Necessary protective measures must be taken during loading, unloading, handling, and transportation to avoid dust dispersion.

5. It is recommended that the stacking height of the product does not exceed 10 layers. Compression may affect its dispersion performance; if compression occurs, appropriately extend the dispersion time during use.

6. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the product immediately after opening the package to prevent moisture absorption.
