ZLSIL-K44 Anti-Blocking Agent
1. Product Description
ZLSIL-K44 is a synthetic amorphous plastic grade silica anti-blocking agent, presented as a white powder, manufactured via proprietary specialized production technology. Its CAS number is 112926-00-8 (former CAS No. 7631-86-9), EINECS No. 231-545-4.
This product features high purity, porous structure and high specific surface area, with excellent compatibility with PP, PE, PET, PVC and other plastic resins. It requires no grinding, with low addition dosage and outstanding dispersibility, and will not affect the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films. Non-toxic, pollution-free, free of volatile substances and precipitates, it effectively ensures the quality of packaging products.
It reduces exposed molecular chains during polymer processing, solves the macromolecular chain entanglement problem when films contact, and achieves efficient anti-blocking effect. Meanwhile, it improves the slip property, anti-blocking performance and creep resistance of films, provides reinforcement for films, and is a high-quality raw material for the production of anti-blocking masterbatches for various plastic films.

3. Core Application Advantages
1. High Oil Absorption for High Filling DemandThe product has a high DBP oil absorption value, which can realize high-proportion filling in anti-blocking masterbatch production. After filling, the masterbatch has no agglomeration, no precipitation, and stable molding performance.
2. Simplified Processing Flow: It can be directly mixed with carrier resin without grinding, with excellent dispersibility, reducing the process cost of masterbatch production and improving processing efficiency.
3. Retention of Core Film Properties: It has good compatibility with the resin matrix, and will not reduce the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films after addition, ensuring the appearance and service performance of films.
4. Adaptable to Multi-scenario ProcessingIt can be widely used in various anti-blocking masterbatches for PP, PE, PET, PVC plastic films, meeting the requirements of different processing technologies such as film blowing, cast film extrusion and general extrusion processing. For the ultra-low moisture demand of PET films, the product performance is not affected after drying below 300℃.

4. Storage & Handling Requirements
1. With high specific surface area, the product is easy to absorb moisture and volatile substances in the air. It shall be stored in a sealed condition in a dry, ventilated and cool environment, with a shelf life of 24 months in unopened condition. Application performance test must be completed before use beyond the shelf life, and the product can be used only after passing the test.
2. Dust prevention measures shall be taken during loading, unloading, transportation and use to prevent dust flying. The stacking height shall not exceed 10 layers to avoid extrusion damaging the particle structure of the product and affecting its dispersibility.
3. During extrusion processing, equipment extrusion will reduce the dispersion effect of the product, so the dispersion time shall be appropriately extended. It is recommended to use up the product at one time after opening to prevent the attenuation of anti-blocking and dispersion performance due to moisture absorption.
