1. Product Description

ZLSIL-K39 is a synthetic amorphous plastic grade silica anti-blocking agent, presented as a fine white powder, manufactured via proprietary specialized production technology. Its CAS number is 112926-00-8 (former CAS No. 7631-86-9), EINECS No. 231-545-4.

This product features a porous structure and high specific surface area, with excellent compatibility with various plastic resins. It can be used directly without grinding, boasting low addition dosage, superior dispersibility, and no negative impact on the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films. Non-toxic, pollution-free, free of volatile substances and precipitates, it fully guarantees the quality of packaging products.

It effectively reduces exposed molecular chains during polymer processing, prevents macromolecular chain entanglement when films come into contact, and solves the film blocking problem at the source. Meanwhile, it lowers the adhesion force during film friction, improves the slip property of films, enhances anti-blocking performance and creep resistance on high-speed packaging lines, provides reinforcement for films, and is fully compatible with the production of anti-blocking masterbatches for PP, PE, PET, PVC and other plastic films.

3. Core Application Advantages

1. Wide Compatibility for Masterbatch Production: Can be directly used for the preparation of anti-blocking masterbatches for PP, PE, PET, PVC plastic films without additional grinding, simplifying the masterbatch production process and improving processing efficiency.

2. Low Dosage with High EfficiencyRelying on its high specific surface area and porous structure, excellent anti-blocking effect can be achieved with a small addition amount. It disperses evenly in masterbatches without agglomeration, and will not affect the subsequent processing performance of masterbatches.

3. Guaranteed Product Quality: Will not alter the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films after addition, and no precipitate will not contaminate the packaging contents, meeting the basic quality requirements of various packaging products.

4. Adaptable to Special Processing Requirements: For the ultra-low moisture requirements of PET film production, the product can be dried at temperatures below 300℃ with no performance attenuation after drying, fully matching the processing standards of PET films.

5. Improved Production Line Efficiency: Significantly enhances the anti-blocking performance of films in high-speed packaging lines, reduces film jamming and sticking problems during processing, improves film creep resistance, and ensures the stability of high-speed continuous processing.

4. Storage & Handling Requirements

1. With high specific surface area, the product is easy to absorb moisture and volatile substances in the air. It shall be stored in a sealed condition in a dry, ventilated and cool environment, with a shelf life of 24 months in unopened condition. If used beyond the shelf life, application performance test shall be carried out first, and the product can be put into production only after passing the test.

2. Necessary protective measures shall be taken during loading, unloading, transportation and use to prevent dust flying. The stacking height of the product shall not exceed 10 layers to avoid extrusion affecting the dispersibility of the product.

3. During extrusion processing, equipment extrusion will affect the dispersion effect of the product, so the dispersion time shall be appropriately extended. It is recommended to use the product immediately after opening to avoid the decrease of anti-blocking performance due to moisture absorption.
