Description

      Hydrophilic amorphous fumed silica has a specific surface area ranging from 150 to 380 m²/g. It is characterized by excellent anti-settling, anti-sagging, thickening and thixotropic properties, anti-sedimentation, improved dielectric properties and promotion of free flow. It is an excellent free flow aid, anti-caking agent and stabilizer.

Performance Advantages

· Control the rheology and thixotropy of liquid systems, adhesives, polymers, etc.

· Used as an auxiliary agent for anti-settling, thickening and anti-sagging.

· Improve the properties of powders, enhance fluidity and anti-caking properties.

Application Fields

· Paints and coatings: epoxy resin and polyurethane coatings, alkyd resin coatings, acrylic resin coatings, zinc-rich coatings, powder coatings, etc.

· Unsaturated polyesters: laminated resins, gel coatings, grouting mixtures, polar resins (epoxy, vinyl resin series).

· PVC: plastisols, organosols, plasticized PVC compounds, cable compounds, dry blends, films and sheets.

· Printing inks: letterpress, gravure, screen, flexographic, offset printing inks.

· Sealants and adhesives: polychloroprene-based, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, acrylate-based, emulsion-based, etc.

· Insulating adhesives: cable adhesives and insulating filling pastes for optical cables.
